Terms of Service

By accessing and using Levret Exchange (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• You have full capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of the Platform is prohibited
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Platform

Users connect to the Platform using their cryptocurrency wallets. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All activities that occur under your wallet address
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet
• Ensuring your wallet software is up to date and secure

Levret Exchange does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost or stolen funds.

When using our trading services, you agree to:

• Trade in good faith and not engage in market manipulation
• Not use automated trading systems that may harm the Platform or other users
• Accept that all trades are final and cannot be reversed
• Understand that leverage trading carries significant risk of loss
• Pay all applicable trading fees as disclosed on the Platform

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or spoofing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Use the Platform to transmit any malicious code or malware
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or limits
• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing

Levret Exchange charges trading fees as disclosed on our Fees page. Current fees are:

• Maker Fee: 0.2% of trade value
• Taker Fee: 0.2% of trade value
• No deposit or withdrawal fees (network fees apply)

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time with reasonable notice to users.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Levret Exchange and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LEVRET EXCHANGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LEVRET EXCHANGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Levret Exchange, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Levret Exchange is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
